Job Description

Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document SCM distribution requirements.
Configure and support Oracle EBS SCM modules including:
Order Management (OM)
Inventory (INV)
Purchasing (PO)
Shipping Execution (WSH)
Advanced Pricing (QP) (if applicable)
Perform setups, configurations, and functional testing in R12 environments.
Support integration points with Finance, Manufacturing, and other SCM modules.
Lead and participate in CRP, SIT, UAT, and production rollout activities.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Prepare functional design documents (MD50), test scripts, and user training materials.
Collaborate with technical teams for RICEFW objects and enhancements.

8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 SCM – Distribution modules.
Strong hands-on experience with OM, INV, PO, WSH (and ASCP/AP if relevant).
Experience with end-to-end order-to-cash and procure-to-pay business processes.
Ability to work with technical teams to review and support RICEFW developments.
Experience in both implementation and support projects.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
