Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience on Oracle EBS in Support type or implementation of projects.
• Assist users with problems and provide resolution to issues independently.
• Provide Root Cause Analysis, recommended resolution and communicate fluently and effectively with all levels of business users, technical teams, and management across the organization.
• Experience in opening, managing, and resolving Oracle SRs with Oracle Support - Excellent communication Skills.
• Should have experience in functional testing and de-bugging functional issues of RICE components and fixing issues
• Meet aggressive delivery timelines, coordinate well with remote teams, have the flexibility of working the time differences, and proactively solve.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Should know oracle APIs and Open interfaces for data conversion.
• Strong understanding of EBS Framework for the latest release R12.2.12 and above.
• Strong experience in Oracle EBS technical (SQL, Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, Oracle WF Builder, Form & Java Page Personalization, OAF Development) with data conversions
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS tables with good working experience in Oracle financials and Supply
• Chain modules from technical developments / data conversions
• Conduct performance tuning, testing, and optimization of Oracle applications & strong sql, PL/SQL knowledge and shell scripting is an added advantage.
• Provide technical support for Oracle EBS modules including Financials, HRMS, Supply Chain modules, knowledge in FAH is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, and a passionate team player.
