Oracle ERP (Sourcing & Planning)

Islamabad, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and support Oracle R12 Sourcing & Planning modules.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
  • Optimize sourcing, procurement, and supply chain planning workflows.
  • Develop functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for customizations.
  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and end-user training.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure process efficiency.
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
  • 3–6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle R12 (Sourcing & Planning modules).
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Procurement, iSupplier, ASCP, and Inventory.
  • Experience in functional setups, configurations, and process design.
  • Good understanding of supply chain and procurement business processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Oracle certifications in Procurement or Supply Chain modules.
  • Experience in integrating Oracle R12 with third-party applications.
  • Knowledge of SQL for reporting and data extraction.
  • Exposure to Oracle Cloud Supply Chain (a plus).
