About the Role

We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Configuration Analyst to join our offshore team, supporting the Open Enrollment (OE) cycle for a U.S.-based client. This role involves repeatable, well-documented configuration tasks in Oracle Fusion HCM, ensuring accurate and timely updates to benefits data.

You will collaborate closely with the onshore HRIS and Benefits teams to validate, test, and implement configurations during the annual OE window.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform standardized configuration tasks in Oracle Fusion HCM (life events, contacts, rate updates, coverage updates).
• Follow step-by-step SOPs provided by the onshore team.
• Validate configurations through system testing and flag discrepancies.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based HR/IT teams for clarification, issue escalation, and validation.
• Log all changes and activities in project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet).
• Participate in status meetings and provide progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with documentation and internal control standards.

Candidate Profile

Required:

• 1+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM experience (preferably Benefits/Open Enrollment).
• Understanding of benefits plan configuration, eligibility rules, dependent management, rates, and coverages.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed documentation accurately.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting U.S.-based clients in an offshore delivery model.
• Exposure to HRIS or Benefits Administration environments.
• Familiarity with HDL, OTBI, or benefit integration processes.

Work Environment

• Offshore analyst role supporting U.S. HRIS & Benefits teams.
• Daily collaboration with onshore HR/IT for task validation.
• Must overlap 3–4 hours daily with U.S. business hours.
