Oracle HCM Functional Consultant – OTL, Core HR & Absence

• 6+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud functional experience with strong expertise in Time & Labor (OTL), Core HR, and Absence modules.
• 2–3 end-to-end implementations in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR, OTL, and Absence.
• Hands-on experience with Data Migration activities, preparing and validating FBDI templates for bulk data loading from legacy systems into Oracle Fusion.
• Strong ability to interact and work independently with business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and solution delivery.
• Proven experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders across teams for successful project execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-facing mindset.
