At Transitials, we’re expanding our Team and looking for a Functional Consultant – Oracle Fusion HCM - Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, OTL, Payroll, Absence who can deliver transformation with precision and purpose.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and document requirements for system enhancements.
Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, aligned with approved functional documentation (AN100, CM030, MD050, etc).
Lead UAT cycles – define test cases, support business testing and resolve any issues.
Provide expert guidance on Oracle Fusion HCM configurations, and fast formulas.
Work closely with internal teams to roll out solutions across multiple entities and Joint Ventures.
Support end-user training and knowledge transfer activities.
Stay ahead of Oracle’s quarterly updates to leverage new features and capabilities.
What we're Looking for
3–5 years of relevant hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion in modules like Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, OTL, Payroll, Absence
Excellent stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills.
Nice to Have
Formal Oracle training or certifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹128,376.96 - ₹1,865,522.51 per year
