What we’re Looking For?

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with a strong background in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across core HCM modules and the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment while collaborating with global stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

· Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, and Compensation.

· Gather business requirements, analyze gaps, and translate them into functional specifications.

· Configure Oracle Fusion HCM applications based on client requirements and best practices.

· Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data migration activities.

· Conduct system testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.

· Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution post-implementation.

· Prepare and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and training materials.

· Deliver user training sessions and support change management initiatives.

· Work closely with stakeholders across different time zones, especially Singapore working hours.

· Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards in HR processes.

Skills and Qualifications

· 05+ years of experience in Oracle HCM and Fusion

· Strong functional expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent Management, and Performance modules.

· Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM configurations and setups.

· Good understanding of HCM business processes and HR lifecycle.

· Experience in data migration tools like HDL (HCM Data Loader).

· Familiarity with reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

· Experience working in international projects and different time zones.

· Oracle Fusion HCM certification is a plus.

Pay: Rs175,000.00 - Rs275,000.00 per month
