Oracle Fusion HCM Senior Consultant

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Senior Consultant to join our growing Oracle practice. In this client-facing role, you will lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations for enterprise, government, and public sector organizations across Qatar and the GCC.
You will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to design, configure, and deploy Oracle HCM solutions that support workforce transformation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations from requirements gathering through go-live and support.
- Conduct workshops, solution design sessions, CRPs, UAT, and training activities.
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules including:
- Core HR
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Talent Management
- Learning Management
- Succession Planning
- Compensation
- Benefits
- Absence Management
- Time & Labor (OTL)
- Design workforce structures, jobs, grades, positions, and organizational hierarchies.
- Perform data migration using HDL, HSDL, and Oracle tools.
- Configure workflows, approvals, reporting, analytics, and integrations.
- Develop functional design documents, test scripts, and training materials.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal responses.
Required QualificationsExperience
- 10+ years of Oracle HCM implementation experience.
- Minimum 6 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM experience.
- Proven end-to-end implementation experience across multiple Oracle HCM modules.
- Experience in a consulting or system integrator environment.
- Strong experience leading workshops, UAT, and go-live activities.
- GCC HR process knowledge and Qatar Labor Law experience are highly desirable.

- Oracle Payroll or other Oracle Cloud certifications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Payroll integration experience.
- Oracle Journeys experience.
- Oracle HCM Analytics Warehouse (HAW) or Oracle People Analytics.
- Agile/Scrum project delivery experience.
- Experience in Government, Healthcare, Financial Services, or Education sectors.
