Job Description



We are seeking an experienced Oracle HRMS Payroll Consultant who will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle HRMS Payroll modules, ensuring smooth payroll processing and accurate employee compensation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HRMS Payroll configuration, customization, and integration, as well as a deep understanding of payroll processes and best practices.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll cycles, HR compliance, and statutory reporting requirements.

  • Strong technical experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules - Core HR, Payroll, ORC, Learning, Talent, Compensation etc.
  • Implement and configure Oracle HRMS Payroll modules according to client requirements
  • Experience configuring approval workflows, security, and custom roles.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in payroll processes.
  • Strong understanding of HCM REST API and SOAP services.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Oracle HRMS Payroll system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of payroll modules with other HR systems.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations, workflows, and technical solutions
  • Proven experience in end-to-end HRMS implementation projects including configuration, data migration, UAT, Go-Live, post-implementation support, hyper care, and continuous process improvement.
  • Knowledge of SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, Reports, Workflows, and integrations with ERP or third-party systems.
  • Develop and deliver end-user training on Oracle HRMS Payroll system functionality.
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to validate payroll system performance.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of payroll reporting solutions for accurate data analysis.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to Oracle HRMS Payroll configurations and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and laws in all implemented solutions.
  • Experience in designing dashboards, HR analytics, and reporting solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional, multi-location environment.
  • Stay current on Oracle HRMS Payroll updates and new features to recommend enhancements.
  • Awareness of project management methodologies and ability to adhere to timelines and deliverables.
