We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with 8+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM applications. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional expertise across core and advanced HCM modules, have hands-on experience with end-to-end implementations, and be able to translate complex business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
Lead and execute end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations across all major modules:
Core HR (Global HR)
Absence Management
Payroll (Global or Local)
Time & Labor (OTL)
Performance Management
Compensation Management
Benefits
Talent Management
Recruitment (ORC)
Learning Management
Workforce Compensation
Conduct requirement gathering workshops, document business processes, and define future-state solutions.
Perform fit-gap analysis, propose functional solutions, and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules accordingly.
Manage data migration, integration, and reporting (BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, HSDL, and Fast Formulas).
Collaborate with technical teams on extensions, integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs), and custom reports.
Participate in testing phases – unit, integration, UAT – and support go-live and post-implementation activities.
Develop functional design documents (MD50/BR100) and other project deliverables.
Provide end-user training and create comprehensive training materials and user guides.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring Oracle Cloud HCM solutions align with best practices and business goals.
Stay updated with quarterly Oracle HCM Cloud releases and perform regression testing and impact assessments.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of functional experience with at least 4+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations and support.
Strong expertise across multiple HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, OTL, Performance, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Learning, ORC).
Experience in at least 2–3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
Deep understanding of HCM business processes, HR policies, payroll rules, and compliance requirements.
Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), HSDL, Fast Formulas, and BI/OTBI Reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client interaction skills.
Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (preferred).
Exposure to HR Helpdesk, Workforce Modeling, or Journeys.
Experience with global rollouts and multi-country implementations.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Oracle Implementation Cloud Methodology (OUM).
Ability to mentor junior consultants and support pre-sales or solution design activities
