Oracle Fusion Senior Technical Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Senior Technical Consultant with strong expertise in integrations, reporting, and cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing scalable architectures, leading technical implementations, and acting as a bridge between business needs and technical execution.

Location: Karachi/Islamabad/Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end technical solutions within Oracle Fusion, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Lead integrations using tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), supporting REST, SOAP, event-driven, file-based, and hybrid integration patterns.
• Develop and manage reports and analytics using OTBI and BI tools.
• Work on VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service) and PAC (Process Automation Cloud) for application development and workflow automation.
• Handle data transformation using XML, JSON, and XSLT as required for integrations.
• Ensure secure integrations by implementing protocols such as OAuth2, JWT, and SAML.
• Collaborate with business and functional teams to gather requirements and convert them into effective technical designs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance on best practices and optimal solutions.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution design, effort estimation, and technical proposals.
• Lead, mentor, and guide junior and mid-level consultants to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Ensure adherence to development standards, documentation, and project timelines.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as an Oracle Technical Consultant.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field from a reputable university.
• Hands-on expertise in OIC, OTBI, BI, VBCS, PAC, APIs (REST/SOAP), XML, JSON, and XSLT.
• Strong understanding of security protocols such as OAuth2, JWT, and SAML.
• Proven experience in delivering at least 3 end-to-end implementations involving integrations and technical architecture.
• Experience in defining and implementing various integration patterns.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience working in complex, enterprise-level environments.
• Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams.
