Oracle Fusion Specialist- HR & Finance - Abu Dhabi - Long term - Arabic

Job description:

We seek an experienced Oracle Fusion Specialist to provide hands-on support, configuration refinement, and enhancement services for our existing Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS setup, explicitly focusing on Finance and HR modules. This consultant will work closely with our HR and Finance teams to identify pain points, optimize system behavior, extend functionality, and maintain integrations with external systems.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Support & Optimization

  • Diagnose and resolve functional issues across the following modules:
  • Finance: General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Expenses, Fixed Assets, Cash Management
  • Procurement & Supplier Management: Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal
  • HR: Core HR, Absences, Payroll, Recruitment (including Career Site), Goals & Performance
  • Review current configurations and identify opportunities for improvement or simplification.
  • Implement configuration updates to support evolving business needs.
  • Support HR and Finance users with daily operational issues, process clarifications, and reporting
  • challenges.

Enhancements & Mini Projects

  • Define and execute small-scale enhancement projects (e.g., automating processes, adjusting
  • approval hierarchies, updating security roles).
  • Develop test scenarios and validate configurations before promoting to UAT/Production.
  • Collaborate with GCGRA internal IT for release management and documentation.

Integration Support

  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing integrations with:
  • Banking (FAB via Nafura) for payment processing
  • Single Sign-On (SSO) for user authentication
  • HireRight for background checks
  • LinkedIn and Microsoft Office (recruitment-related workflows)
  • Proactively test integration points, troubleshoot errors, and coordinate changes when either side
  • updates systems.

Liaison and Knowledge Transfer

  • Act as the point of contact for escalations to Oracle Support (raise SRs, monitor resolution).
  • Document root causes and knowledge articles for recurring issues.
  • Conduct periodic walkthroughs or training sessions with HR and Finance teams.

Functional Module Support

Support key modules including:

  • Finance: GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Expenses
  • Procurement: Procurement, Supplier Portal, Sourcing
  • HR: Core HR, Absences, Payroll, Recruitment, Goals & Performance

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED26,000.00 per month
