Oracle HCM Compensation Lead only W2

Remote, United States

  • Design, configure, and implement Oracle Benefits & Compensation and modules to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, total rewards, and IT teams to gather and translate functional requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure system accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead implementation efforts, including data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Document system configurations, workflows, and user guides.
  • Train end-users and stakeholders on system functionality and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, union agreements, and internal policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Oracle Benefits & Compensation modules.
  • Strong understanding of union rules and timekeeping complexities in unionized environments.
  • Experience working in or supporting the construction industry.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
