Role Overview
As the Oracle Cloud Payroll Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery of Payroll solutions spanning configuration, processing, costing, and financial integration. You will serve as the principal subject matter expert, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless alignment with both Finance and HR processes across complex, multi-stream programs.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Payroll implementations across all project phases.

Configure and manage Payroll elements, balances, calendars, and processing flows as well as Payment methods, banks, and payroll distribution.

Design and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll calculations and complex business rules.

Own Payroll Costing, including cost allocation structures, element-level costing and payment costing, and retro and accrual costing

Ensure payroll results are correctly transferred to Subledger Accounting and the General Ledger (GL) and integration with Cash Management for payroll payment reconciliation.

Manage integrations across Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence, and Benefits as well as Finance and third-party systems.

Lead payroll validation activities including payroll runs, reconciliation, and parallel testing.

Drive issue resolution, defect management, and continuous improvement.

Lead stakeholder workshops and advise on payroll best practices.
Basic Qualifications

Deep hands-on expertise in Payroll configuration, Payroll Costing, and Fast Formula design.

Strong knowledge of payroll accounting and GL integration.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience with payroll reporting (OTBI / BI Publisher), and data migration (HDL, Extracts).

Track record of leading complex, multi-stream HCM implementations.
