Responsibilities:

Support business users in maintaining end-to-end HR processes on Oracle HCM.

Provide functional assistance and troubleshooting to employees and HR stakeholders using the application.

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely resolution of system issues.

Support, manage, and implement integrations between Oracle Fusion and Oracle E-Business Suite.

Ensure integrations are up and running at all times and troubleshoot any failures.

Maintain approval workflows and process cycles to ensure business continuity.

Extract data in various layouts to meet internal and external business requirements.

Develop new reports and dashboards based on business needs.

Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across modules and integrations.

Identify new business requirements and configure the application accordingly.

Develop new integrations, reports, and system enhancements to support evolving HR needs.

Work closely with HR and IT teams to ensure new features and updates are aligned with policies and processes.

Participate in system upgrades, testing, and validation activities.

Assist in training users on new functionalities or system updates.

Maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and technical procedures.
Job Requirements:

Hands-on experience in managing and implementing integrations between Fusion and E-Business is required.

Strong understanding of HCM modules, workflows, and approval cycles.

Experience developing reports and extracting data in multiple formats.

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to support end users.

Experience with project management software tools.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (no specific major needed).

Minimum 4 years of experience in Oracle HCM (Fusion and E-Business Suite)
