Oracle Landed Cost Management - Oracle Cloud SCM

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Landed Cost Management Associate Manager with expertise in Oracle Landed Cost Management as Oracle Cloud SCM - Cost Management. In this role, you will lead the development of complex, multi-tower, and multi-service transformational solutions, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with client objectives. As a subject matter expert, you will leverage your deep knowledge and experience to architect end-to-end solutions that maximize value for clients and Accenture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture & Development:

  • Architect and lead the development of end-to-end integrated solutions for Oracle Landed Cost Management.

  • Leverage the best mix of offerings, assets, and capabilities to deliver maximum value to clients and Accenture.

  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs to design tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.

• Collaboration & Integration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions across various business processes.

  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions that impact enterprise-wide solutions.

  • Provide solutions to complex problems that apply across various teams and ensure scalability and sustainability.

• Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering:

  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather business and technical requirements.

  • Ensure alignment with stakeholders by effectively communicating architectural decisions and strategies.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations based on industry expertise.

• Mentorship & Team Development:

  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

  • Share best practices and methodologies to enhance the team’s capabilities in solution architecture and Oracle Landed Cost Management.

• Innovation & Industry Expertise:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance solution offerings.

  • Apply advanced proficiency in Oracle Cloud Cost Management to design innovative and efficient solutions.

  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Framework and Solution Architecture to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience and advanced proficiency in Oracle Landed Cost Management and Oracle Cloud Cost Management.

• Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture Framework and Solution Architecture.

• Proven ability to lead the development of complex, multi-tower, and multi-service solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to provide scalable and sustainable solutions.

• Strong influencing and advisory skills with the ability to engage with multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and discussions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level cost management solutions.

• Ability to mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for solution architecture.
