Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end manufacturing processes within the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) and advanced supply chain planning and quality module. This role ensures accurate production execution, compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GMP).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead setup, configuration, and optimization of OPM modules (Recipes, Routings, Process Execution, Quality, and Costing) and advanced supply chain planning.
  • Oversee daily batch processing, material consumption, and yield reporting.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, and Planning) to align system and process needs.
  • Manage master data for production.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve OPM system issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years in oracle manufacturing OPM.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 OPM and related modules.
  • Pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, or food industry experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with MES integration and SQL/PLSQL for reporting is a plus.
