Description:

The Production Manager is responsible for planning and supervising all production operations within the factory, ensuring that production goals are achieved in line with quality and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement production plans in alignment with company objectives.

- Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to work schedules.

- Supervise technicians and workers on production lines and assign tasks.
