Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist with 4 to 7 years of experience in Facets Oracle PL/SQL Facets-Technical and a strong background in capable of performing system analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Medical Coding and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role involves enhancing product offerings and ensuring alignment with industry standards to drive company success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL scripts to support business processes and enhance system functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Facets-Technical solutions.
• Analyze and interpret medical coding data to improve product accuracy and compliance.
• Provide technical expertise in Oracle PL/SQL to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.
• Design and implement innovative solutions to optimize product performance and user experience.
• Conduct thorough testing of system enhancements to ensure quality and reliability.
• Document technical specifications and user guides to support product development and maintenance.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support the development of training materials to educate users on new features and functionalities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all product offerings.

Qualifications

• Possess strong technical skills in Oracle PL/SQL and Facets-Technical with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Demonstrate expertise in medical coding with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Have a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations related to medical coding and technical systems.
• Show proficiency in documenting technical specifications and creating user guides.
• Display strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and team members.
• Be adaptable to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
