We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Sales Consultant to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have solid Oracle product knowledge (ERP, HCM, CX, or Cloud) and a proven track record in managing the full sales cycle — from engaging with leads and conducting discovery sessions to coordinating with technical teams and managing accounts post-sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with existing leads and identify client needs
  • Conduct discovery sessions and propose Oracle-based solutions
  • Work closely with technical/pre-sales teams during solution design
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle and maintain long-term client relationships

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in Oracle or ERP solution sales
  • Strong communication and client engagement skills
  • Hands-on understanding of Oracle products and licensing models
  • Based in the UAE (preferred)
