Oracle SCM Functional Consultant (Core Purchasing, Sourcing,Service Procurement)

We are looking for a talented Oracle SCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Core Purchasing, Sourcing, and Service Procurement to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will provide consulting services and functional support for the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle SCM modules, particularly in Core Purchasing, Sourcing, and Service Procurement, along with demonstrated experience in process improvement and system optimization. Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their supply chain processes and provide expert guidance on Oracle SCM solutions.
  • Design, configure, and implement Oracle SCM solutions focusing on Core Purchasing, Sourcing, and Service Procurement.
  • Conduct detailed business process analysis and recommend best practices for SCM processes.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of implemented Oracle SCM solutions to ensure operational excellence.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and support the rollout of new SCM functionalities.
  • Create documentation and provide training to end-users on Oracle SCM processes and systems.
  • Stay current with Oracle SCM developments and industry trends to enhance consulting practices.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for stakeholders and end-users.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant with a strong focus on Core Purchasing, Sourcing, and Service Procurement.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle SCM modules and procurement processes.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Oracle SCM solutions.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in SCM consulting or related roles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with clients and teams.
  • Relevant certifications in Oracle SCM (e.g., Oracle SCM Cloud Certification) are a plus.
