Procurement Specialist

Master-Works is seeking a dedicated and strategic Procurement Specialist to enhance our supply chain operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in sourcing and purchasing high-quality materials and services to support our projects and initiatives. Your expertise in negotiating with suppliers and managing procurement processes will help us achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies that align with company goals
• Source potential suppliers and evaluate proposals based on quality, price, and delivery terms
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring high levels of service and resolving any issues promptly
• Oversee the order management process, including purchase orders and inventory levels
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and ensure timely fulfillment
• Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve purchasing efficiency
• Assist in enhancing procurement policies and identifying best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing

• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
