Job Title:
Procurement Officer – Construction & Fuel Stations Sector
Experience & Qualifications:

5 to 7 years of proven experience
in procurement, preferably within the
construction industry or fuel/gas station operations
.

Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain operations.

Ability to analyze and evaluate technical and financial proposals.

Excellent negotiation skills with suppliers and contractors.

Proficient in using procurement systems or ERP tools.

Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive and review purchase requests from project sites.

Verify quantities and specifications by coordinating with the requesting departments.

Communicate with suppliers to obtain competitive quotations.

Analyze received offers, negotiate terms with vendors, and select the most suitable options.

Prepare and submit recommendations to direct management for approval.

Issue purchase orders and approvals in line with the company’s internal procurement system.

Follow up with suppliers and the finance department regarding invoices and payment processing.

Monitor the delivery or service performance to ensure compliance with contract terms.

Maintain the approved vendors list and actively search for new suppliers to meet company needs.
