Oracle Simphony and Fusion Architect – F&B Solutions

📌 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Simphony and Fusion Architect to lead the design and implementation of integrated Food & Beverage solutions. This role is pivotal in architecting the end-to-end integration between Oracle Simphony POS and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP for our global hospitality and retail clients. You will be responsible for leading large-scale transformation programs, from initial requirement gathering through to go-live. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep expertise in F&B domain processes and Oracle technologies to design scalable solutions for menu management, inventory, and financials. You will drive process optimization, align solutions with global best practices, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure project success. This position requires hands-on technical skills in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and BI tools, combined with strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities to guide cross-functional teams.

🎯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

▸ 12+ years of experience in Oracle solutions architecture and implementation.

▸ Expertise in Oracle Simphony POS and deep understanding of F&B domain processes.

▸ Strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules: Procurement, Inventory, and Finance.

▸ Proven ability to design and architect real-time integrations between POS and ERP systems.

▸ Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for building complex integrations.

▸ Proficiency in developing technical components including HDL/HSDL loaders, BI Publisher reports, and OTBI dashboards.

▸ Experience with Fast Formulas and HCM Extracts.

▸ Demonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation programs through all phases (CRP, configuration, testing, go-live).

✨ 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀:

▸ Experience with global rollouts in the hospitality or retail sectors.

▸ Knowledge of Oracle Hospitality Cloud, Redwood UI, and Design Studio.

▸ Official certifications in Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle Simphony.

▸ Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

▸ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve complex system issues.
