Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite functional experience, including implementation, configuration, and user support. You will analyze business requirements, configure ERP modules, and optimize business processes to ensure system efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in NetSuite implementation and enhancement projects

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders

• Configure NetSuite modules including:

• Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets)
• Procurement
• Inventory Management
• Order Management
• CRM

• Create and maintain saved searches, reports, and dashboards

• Configure workflows

• Perform data migration and validation activities

• Support system integrations from a functional perspective

• Provide end-user training and post-go-live support

• Troubleshoot and resolve functional system issues

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, IT, or related field

• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite functional experience

• Strong understanding of ERP processes (Finance & Supply Chain)

• Experience in at least two full-cycle NetSuite implementations

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• NetSuite ERP Consultant or Administrator Certification

• Experience in multi-subsidiary / multi-currency environments

• Experience in data migration and UAT testing

• Strong reporting and financial analysis knowledge
