The Work:
We are looking for a talented
Oracle Time & Attendance Consultant
to join our team and contribute to the successful implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to design, configure, and deliver HCM solutions that align with business needs and drive organizational success.
The Oracle Time and Attendance Consultant is responsible for implementing and supporting time tracking and absence management modules within Oracle HCM Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Absence Management modules.
Analyze workforce scheduling, time reporting, and leave policies.
Design time entry templates and validation rules.
Support integrations with payroll systems.
Conduct user training and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
3-5+ years of experience with Oracle Time and Labor/Absence.
Solid understanding of timekeeping, work schedules, and compliance rules.
Experience with Oracle Cloud Time and Labor preferred.
Skills in Fast Formulas and HCM Extracts.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
