Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced
SCM Oracle Fusion Consultant
to join our ERP team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting
Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules
, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of
Oracle Fusion SCM modules
(Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Sourcing, Self Service Procurement, Supplier Portal, etc.).

Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design functional solutions.

Prepare and maintain functional design documents, test cases, and training materials.
-
Support integrations between SCM modules and other Oracle Fusion applications (Finance, Projects, HCM).
-
Conduct system testing, UAT, and ensure successful go-live support.
-
Provide post-implementation support and resolve user issues.
-
Train key users and ensure knowledge transfer.
-
Collaborate with technical teams (BI, integrations, extensions) for customizations and reporting.

Stay updated on Oracle quarterly updates and new SCM features.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

Minimum
3–6 years of experience
in
Oracle Fusion SCM modules
.

Strong knowledge of
Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Sourcing
.
-
Experience in end-to-end implementation of
Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
.
-
Good understanding of Oracle ERP integration points with Finance and Projects.
-
Oracle Fusion SCM certification is a strong advantage.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
