Job Summary

We are hiring an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon with hands-on experience in Hair Transplant procedures to join our premium Hair & Skin Clinic. The role involves performing advanced hair restoration procedures while ensuring patient safety, quality outcomes, and ethical clinical practice.

Key ResponsibilitiesHair Transplant Procedures

• Perform FUE / FUT hair transplant procedures
• Design hairlines and plan graft distribution
• Perform donor area assessment and harvesting
• Supervise graft extraction, implantation, and OT staff
• Ensure sterile OT protocols and patient safety

Pre & Post-Procedure Care

• Conduct patient consultations and eligibility assessment
• Explain procedure details, outcomes, and consent
• Manage post-operative care and follow-ups
• Handle complications if any (bleeding, infection, graft survival issues)

Clinical & Administrative Duties

• Maintain proper medical records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and medical ethics
• Coordinate with dermatologists, anesthetists, and nursing staff
• Train and guide technicians in OT procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

• BDS with MDS (Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery)
• Valid State / Dental Council registration
• 1–5+ years of experience in Hair Transplant
• Proven expertise in FUE / FUT techniques
• Immediate joiners preferred

• Strong surgical and aesthetic sense (hairline design)
• Excellent patient communication skills
• Attention to detail and infection control
• Team leadership and OT management skills

Working Hours

• Full-time (9 hours/day)
• 6 days a week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
