Order Desk & Sales Support

Location: Ontario, CA (near Archibald Ave. & the 60 Fwy)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM
Pay Range: $25–$35 per hour (DOE)

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Order Desk & Sales Support team member to join our light‑volume operation. This position requires strong multitasking skills and the ability to support several administrative and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order entry and order management
  • Purchasing support
  • Invoicing
  • Inventory control
  • Shipping coordination

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Sage 50 is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
