Works closely with construction leaders, Project Managers, and customers to verify job information, estimate completion details, and maintain accurate project documentation.

Plays a key role in data integrity across platforms to ensure timely and accurate job processing.
Core Responsibilities

Communicate daily with construction leaders and peers regarding job completions, production, and scheduling updates.

Record and update data in multiple platforms including Excel, Salesforce, NetSuite, and PDF editors.

Manage and process job completions, ensuring all production data is accurate and complete.

Assist with preparation of estimates and job documentation for customers.

Investigate missing or incomplete information by coordinating directly with field and operations personnel.

Track job progress and completion timelines to support billing and reporting accuracy.

Communicate effectively across departments and with external customers to verify project status.

Maintain organized documentation for all Mission Control-related tasks.

Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

1–3 years of administrative or data-entry experience in construction, telecom, or utilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, NetSuite, and PDF editing tools (Adobe/Foxit).

Excellent attention to detail, time management, and accuracy under deadlines.

Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience

Familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, or other CRM/project management platforms.

Prior telecom or utility construction knowledge.

Experience with production tracking and estimating workflows.

Work Schedule
