We are an 80 year old privately held company located in the heart of the picturesque Hudson Valley, in New Windsor, New York (90 minutes North of New York City).

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Order Entry-Processing Associate to join our growing team in the lighting manufacturing industry. This role is responsible for processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records in Excel, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a background in order processing and customer service, strong data entry skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Position responsibilities include:

· Process customer purchase orders with precision and care

· Reach out to clients to resolve incomplete or unclear order details

· Perform efficient data entry with speed (40+ WPM) and accuracy

· Build and update Excel spreadsheets to support order tracking

· Use your math and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues

· Partner with cross-functional teams to support company goals

· Contribute both independently and as a key player on our team

· Take on additional tasks as the business evolves

Qualifications:

· Prior experience in order entry and customer service

· Familiarity with bills of material and spec sheets a big plus

· Strong communication skills and comfort working with all levels of staff

· High School Diploma, or equivalent, Associates degree a plus
