Job Title: Order Fulfillment Executive

Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Shift Timing: 12-9PM 5 days a week

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Order Fulfillment Executive to manage and process customer orders efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure timely order processing, coordination with internal teams, and accurate documentation to maintain smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer orders from receipt to dispatch
• Ensure accurate data entry of orders into the system
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams
• Track orders and update customers on order status when required
• Handle order discrepancies, returns, and cancellations
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all transactions
• Ensure timely fulfillment in line with company SLAs
• Assist in inventory checks and reporting when needed

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in order processing, fulfillment, or operations
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and order management systems
• Ability to work in UK shift timings
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with e-commerce or logistics operations
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems
• Problem-solving mindset and team collaboration
