Order Fulfillment Specialist

We are actively seeking a detail-oriented, responsible, and solution-driven Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our dynamic team in Turkey（Office Location: Istanbul/Levent）. What You Will Do

- Take ownership of end-to-end contract delivery fulfillment and management, prioritize customer requirements based on business objectives, coordinate cross-departmental efforts to resolve delivery exceptions, and ensure effective resource planning and allocation throughout the process.

- Manage local and international customer delivery needs, receive and process internal/external contracts with precision, design optimized supply routes and delivery schedules, make reliable order commitments, and execute plans efficiently. Oversee transportation, customs clearance (including Turkish customs regulations compliance), and warehousing operations, proactively monitor fulfillment progress, and escalate critical issues promptly to guarantee on-time, full delivery of goods in strict accordance with contract terms.

- Monitor exceptions across key order stages: creation, confirmation, validation, release, and modification. Ensure timely and accurate conversion of contract data into system orders, initiate cross-functional communication to resolve discrepancies, and uphold the highest standards of accuracy and timeliness in order processing.

- Align internal supply capacity with customer demand (both local and global), define clear order fulfillment criteria, develop and communicate detailed shipment plans. Collaborate closely with scheduling, warehousing, transportation, customs, and logistics teams to secure necessary resources and execute shipment plans seamlessly.

- Manage finished goods inventory in local warehouses, conduct regular inventory analysis to identify consumption risks (overstock or stock-out), and implement rational control strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels that balance customer demand and operational efficiency.

What We Are Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in order management, supply chain operations, or logistics, preferably with exposure to Turkish customs procedures and local market dynamics.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis) and experience with order management systems (OMS) is a plus.

- Exceptional teamwork and cross-departmental communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners (suppliers, logistics providers, customs authorities).

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills; proficiency in Chinese is highly desirable.

- Proactive problem-solving attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight delivery deadlines.
