Job Purpose:
Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate execution of domestic sales orders.
Key Accountabilities:

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, from order entry to delivery

Monitor order status from receipt to delivery, identifying potential delays or discrepancies early to prevent lateness.

Collaborate with production, logistics, finance, and warehouse teams to resolve any issues that could affect the timely and complete delivery of orders.

Provide regular updates to the sales team regarding the status of their orders.

Work closely with the planning and inventory management teams to ensure that inventory is available to fulfill customer orders in full.

Ensure on-time delivery of orders by coordinating effectively with logistics, distributors

Responding to sales team orders related to delivery issues or order discrepancies, focusing on achieving the best resolution

Work closely with sales teams to manage returns, exchanges, and replacement orders.

Promotions, discounts & orders modifications.

Focusing on supporting sales by delivering all requested sales orders to achieve the budget.

Minimize delayed or fake orders to avoid overstocking.

Ensure that all customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, meeting the on-time in full (OTIF) delivery targets.
Qualifications Required:
EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of experience in Order Management or Sales Operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
