Job Title: Order Management & Logistics Executive

Job Summary:

Responsible for booking and managing customer orders, allocating shipping partners, and coordinating with the warehouse to ensure smooth order processing and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Book and allocate orders based on shipping rules, SKUs, and weights.
• Track out-of-stock, on-hold, and cancelled orders.
• Coordinate with the warehouse for stock issues and stuck orders.
• Maintain and update Order Management Systems (OMS/WMS).
• Prepare and share reports using Excel.

Requirements:

• Experience with OMS/WMS tools like Unicommerce, Increff, Zoho, SAP, Easycom, etc.
• Strong Excel skills (reporting & analysis).
• 1–3 years of experience in order management, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
