Order Management Specialist (French Speaker)

We are looking for an Order Management Specialist to join our Guardian Glass team in Egypt. In this role, you aren't just processing data; you are the control point for the flow of goods. You will ensure that customer demand is accurately captured, scheduled, and executed across our supply network.

What You Will Do

• End-to-End Order Flow: Own the lifecycle of customer orders from system entry to final delivery, ensuring total accuracy in technical specifications, quantity, and lead-time commitments.
• Multisite Fulfilment Coordination: Synchronize order execution across multiple manufacturing plants, manage order validation, modifications, and real-time status tracking.
• Inventory Allocation & ATP: Manage Available-to-Promise (ATP) requests, navigate stock constraints, and provide viable product alternatives balancing customer needs against supply.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as a critical interface between Production Scheduling, Logistics, and Commercial teams to align customer requirements with operational capacity.
• Demand-Supply Alignment: Monitor order entry against forecasted volumes and regional allocations to ensure consistent supply.
• Proactive Bottleneck Management: Monitor order progress, proactively resolve issues, and maintain alignment with service levels and regional expectations.
• Value-Chain Support: Build strong customer relationships by understanding operational needs and proposing fulfilment solutions that create mutual value.
• Fulfilment Excellence: Contribute to continuous improvement projects to reduce order cycle times, improve data accuracy, and enhance service performance.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
• Communication: Fluency in English & French
• Analytical Strength: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate supply chain complexity while maintaining a customer-focused mindset.
• Operational Excellence: Highly organized with the ability to manage high-volume order portfolios with exceptional attention to detail.
• Systems & Data Agility: Comfortable navigating advanced ERP/CRM platforms, managing complex data sets, and working confidently with structured systems and analytical tools.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills (data handling, analysis) and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Hands-on experience in Order Management, Fulfilment Operations, or Supply Chain Coordination.
• Experience within manufacturing or the glass industry.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Infor M3, SAP) or CRM/Reporting tools (Salesforce, Power BI).
• Proven ability to operate effectively within a cross-functional, international supply chain environment.
