Our client, a leading management consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Organizational Design & Change Management Consultant in Jeddah.

This role will focus on shaping the client's organizational structure, operating model, and change management approach to enable the success of a newly formed Strategic Insights function. The consultant will collaborate closely with senior leadership and diverse stakeholder groups across academic, research, and administrative areas to ensure alignment between strategy, structure, and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of the Target Operating Model (TOM) to enhance efficiency, accountability, and collaboration across the organization.
  • Conduct organization design assessments, mapping roles, structures, and reporting lines to strategic priorities.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan, ensuring smooth adoption of new structures, processes, and ways of working.
  • Partner with senior executives to drive strategic alignment and stakeholder engagement across key institutional functions.
  • Establish frameworks for performance measurement, governance, and continuous improvement.
  • Support leadership in embedding a culture of evidence-based decision making within the Strategic Insights function.
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • 8-12 years of experience in organization design, operating model transformation, and change management, ideally within a consulting or large institutional environment.
  • Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable design and change initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci) and organizational effectiveness principles.
  • Demonstrated experience in education, research, or public sector transformation is an advantage.
  • Exceptional facilitation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Arabic language skills are a plus.
