Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of organizational development initiatives aligned with business needs.

Assist in developing and updating job descriptions, organizational structures, and competency frameworks.

Conduct job analysis and support workforce planning activities.

Support performance management processes, including KPIs and appraisal cycles.

Participate in talent development initiatives such as career paths and succession planning.

Collect, analyze, and report organizational data to support HR and business decisions.

Support change management and organizational improvement projects.

Coordinate with HR teams and stakeholders on OD-related activities.

Support employee engagement surveys and follow-up action plans
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
-
1–3 years of experience in Organizational Development or a related HR role.
-
Basic to intermediate knowledge of OD concepts and tools.

Strong communication and analytical skills.
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
-
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred
-
Exposure to job evaluation and competency frameworks.

Familiarity with performance management systems.

Experience supporting change initiatives.
