Organizational Development Specialist

Job Description Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of organizational development initiatives aligned with business needs.
  • Assist in developing and updating job descriptions, organizational structures, and competency frameworks.
  • Conduct job analysis and support workforce planning activities.
  • Support performance management processes, including KPIs and appraisal cycles.
  • Participate in talent development initiatives such as career paths and succession planning.
  • Collect, analyze, and report organizational data to support HR and business decisions.
  • Support change management and organizational improvement projects.
  • Coordinate with HR teams and stakeholders on OD-related activities.
  • Support employee engagement surveys and follow-up action plans


Job Requirements Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Organizational Development or a related HR role.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of OD concepts and tools.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred
  • Exposure to job evaluation and competency frameworks.
  • Familiarity with performance management systems.
  • Experience supporting change initiatives.
