Organizational Development Specialist

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or OD
  • 3–5 years of OD/HR/change management experience
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficiency in HR systems and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management


Responsibilities:

  • Manage Change! Develop strategies and coach leaders through transformation.
  • Drive Performance! Implement appraisal systems and career progression plans.
  • Shape Culture! Promote values, DEI, and continuous learning.
  • Improve Processes! Streamline workflows and track effectiveness with KPIs.
  • Maintain Structures! Update org charts and job descriptions.
  • Support Careers! Manage promotions and recommend development programs.
  • Ensure Compliance! Align HR policies with labor law and best practices.
