Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ related experience or certifications combined
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and product drawings
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality work
- Physical stamina for prolonged standing, bending, and lifting
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills
- Commitment to safety, including adherence to protocols and OSHA regulations
- Willingness to learn modern technologies and adapt to changes
- Maintenance of equipment and tools
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
- Knowledge of basic hand tools and hardware
- Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and make quick decisions
- Understanding of quality control processes and dedication to producing high-quality products
- Ability to use analytical skills to effectively solve problems within the various work areas across the plant
- Basic computer and math skills to calibrate and measure specifications
- Ability to use measuring devices like gauges, meters, calipers, and computers
- In-depth understanding of company standards, documentation process, and reporting functions
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 30 lbs. on a consistent basis and periodically up to 50lbs with assist.
- You must be able to stand on your feet for up to 10 hours
- May be required to be flexible in tight spaces, bending, stooping, and kneeling on floors during periods of production
