We are looking for a Treatment & Marketing Coordinator who is fluent in Spanish and English, experienced in sales, and skilled in digital marketing. This role blends patient care with community outreach and marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans in English and Spanish, ensuring patients fully understand options.
• Build rapport with patients and families to drive case acceptance.
• Confidently explain our advanced in-house technologies.
• Conduct in-person visits to referring offices to strengthen professional relationships.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, content, email).
• Run paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
• Track and analyze performance with Google Analytics and adjust strategies.
• Create engaging content for websites, email, and social media.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish/English (required).
• Proven sales experience (required).
• Familiarity with online marketing platforms and strategies (required).
• Experience in digital marketing or B2B sales preferred.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Proficiency with marketing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics).
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
