Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Orthodontist to join our dental and aesthetic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, preventing, and treating dental and facial irregularities to help patients achieve optimal oral health and aesthetic balance. The role requires excellent clinical skills, patient care, and knowledge of the latest orthodontic techniques and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive orthodontic assessments and diagnostic evaluations (clinical exams, X-rays, photographs, and models).
  • Develop personalized treatment plans for patients with malocclusions or jaw misalignments.
  • Apply and adjust various orthodontic appliances such as braces, aligners (e.g., Invisalign), retainers, and expanders.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene practices during orthodontic treatment.
  • Collaborate with general dentists, oral surgeons, and other specialists for multidisciplinary care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with DHA regulations.
  • Stay updated on emerging orthodontic technologies and treatment methodologies.
  • Ensure adherence to clinical, hygiene, and safety protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Dentistry (BDS/DDS/DMD) and Master’s in Orthodontics (MSc or equivalent).
  • Valid DHA license or eligibility letter as a Specialist Orthodontist.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience post-specialization.
  • Strong knowledge of modern orthodontic systems (self-ligating, clear aligners, lingual braces, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient-focused, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases efficiently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Invisalign or other aligner systems.
  • Familiarity with digital orthodontics (3D scanning, digital treatment planning).
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  • Team-oriented approach and commitment to continuous professional development.
