OT Assistant & Sr. Technologist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Operation Theatre (OT) department, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient use of resources.
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, nurses, and other medical staff to schedule procedures and manage patient flow.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and standards for sterility, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of patient data, procedure details, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop strategies for improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-11 years of experience in an OT setting as a manager or supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and protocols.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure during emergency situations.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
