Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a OT In Charge located in Kayamkulam. The OT In-Charge is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising all activities in the Operation Theatre to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality surgical care. The role includes managing staff, maintaining aseptic techniques, overseeing equipment and inventory, and coordinating with surgical teams for smooth operations.

Qualification:

• B.Sc Nursing / GNM
• Registered with the State Nursing Council

. Experience:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Operation Theatre Nursing
• Prior experience as a Senior or In-Charge Nurse preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
