OT Nurse

Duties:

• Providing comprehensive scrub and circulating nursing care across a variety of surgical specialties.
• Preparing the operating room with strict adherence to aseptic techniques and ensuring all equipment is sterile and functional.
• Assisting surgeons and the surgical team efficiently during procedures, anticipating their needs.
• Monitoring patients' vital signs and conditions throughout surgery and during immediate post-operative care.
• Managing surgical instruments, supplies, and specimens with utmost precision and care.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient and surgical records.

We Require:

• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• A valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license or eligibility letter is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of recent, continuous experience as an OT Nurse in a reputable hospital.
• Proven experience in handling complex surgical procedures.
• Exceptional knowledge of aseptic techniques, surgical procedures, and patient safety protocols.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
• A compassionate, calm, and professional demeanor under pressure.
