Senior OT Nurse - Laparoscopy Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert scrub and circulating nurse duties for complex laparoscopic procedures (e.g., cholecystectomies, appendectomies, bariatric surgeries).
• Prepare the operating room with all necessary laparoscopic instruments, equipment, and supplies.
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and surgeons during procedures.
• Manage and account for all surgical instruments and supplies before, during, and after procedures.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control and sterile processing protocols.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior OT staff and trainees.
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

• Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter (Mandatory).
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of continuous experience as an OT Nurse.
• Proven and significant experience in laparoscopic procedures is essential.
• Exceptional knowledge of aseptic techniques and operating room protocols.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
