OT Nurse

Eternelle Aesthetics is seeking a skilled and experienced OT Nurse to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operation theatre procedures, strong knowledge of aseptic techniques, and a patient-centric approach, particularly within aesthetic or surgical settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons and doctors during operative, aesthetic, and minor surgical procedures
• Prepare the operation theatre, instruments, and equipment as per surgical protocols
• Ensure strict adherence to sterilization, infection control, and OT safety standards
• Monitor and document patient vitals pre-, intra-, and post-operative
• Handle OT documentation, checklists, and compliance records
• Anticipate surgical needs and provide proactive assistance during procedures
• Manage biomedical waste disposal as per regulatory guidelines
• Respond efficiently to intra-operative and post-operative medical emergencies
• Coordinate with doctors, anesthetists, and recovery room staff
• Guide and support junior nursing staff when required

Eligibility & Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institute
• 3-5 years (or more) of OT nursing experience (experience in aesthetic / cosmetic / surgical OT preferred)
• Strong knowledge of OT protocols, sterilization methods, and surgical instruments
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procedures efficiently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in cosmetic, dermatology, or plastic surgery OT
• Knowledge of NABH / hospital quality standards
• Calm, attentive, and detail-oriented approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
