OT Staff Nurse

NIMS Hospital, Wandoor, is a leading multi-specialty healthcare institution known for delivering high-quality medical services with advanced facilities and compassionate care. We are looking for a dedicated OT Staff Nurse to join our surgical team and ensure smooth operation theatre functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures.
• Prepare and maintain the operation theatre before and after surgeries.
• Sterilize and arrange surgical instruments and equipment.
• Monitor patients’ pre-operative and post-operative conditions.
• Maintain accurate OT records, checklists, and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to infection control and sterile techniques.
• Coordinate with surgical and nursing teams for efficient workflow.

Requirements

• Education: B.Sc Nursing (with valid Kerala Nursing Council registration).
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience as an OT Staff Nurse or in a similar role.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of OT procedures and sterile techniques.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
