OTR Dispatcher TM

Qualifications

· From one to two years of experience in Freight OTR office experience.

· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency.

· Experience with Transportation Management Systems, preferably McLeod Software.

· Experience with MS Office and computer literate required.

· Able to accurately calculate and negotiate rates. Solid grasp of numbers and margins.

· Must have the ability to deal effectively and tactfully on daily basis with company drivers and company customers.

· Ability to make decisions in a timely, effective and professional manner.

Compensation

· Salary commensurate with experience.

· Experienced and in-depth support to guide you in your development.

· Weekly compensation with one week in to start.

· Annual paid vacations.
