OTR - Flatbed Dispatcher - CB FREIGHT Inc.

CB Freight Inc. is currently seeking a OTR Flatbed Dispatcher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with experience in dispatching flatbed shipments and a strong understanding of logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the dispatch of OTR loads, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
• Maintain communication with drivers throughout their routes to ensure safety and on-time arrivals
• Monitor shipments, adjust schedules, and resolve any delivery issues
• Track and manage flatbed freight to ensure load safety compliance
• Work closely with the operations team to optimize routing and improve cost efficiency
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing issues and providing shipment updates
• Maintain accurate dispatch records, including delivery times, driver logs, and route changes
• Ensure drivers comply with all safety regulations and industry standards

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a OTR dispatcher in flatbed department
• Familiarity with dispatching software and logistics management tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems under pressure
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• English is a must! Spanish is a plus.
