We are a dynamic startup launching a revolutionary AI Receptionist service for the US market. We have all the infrastructure in place: a US company, advanced technology, and a curated market. Now, we're building our founding sales team.

This is a ground-floor opportunity. We're not looking for order-takers; we're looking for hunters. This role is designed for someone who is confident in their ability to create their own success and be rewarded for it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to US-based business owners and decision-makers.
• Master our product's value proposition and articulate it compellingly.
• Identify customer pain points and qualify prospects effectively.
• Manage and update your pipeline using our CRM system.
• Drive the entire sales cycle from first touch to closed deal.

The Skills You Have The Person You Are

✅ 1-2 yrs experience in cold calling & closing.

✅ A Builder: You thrive in ambiguity and are excited to create processes from the ground up.

✅ Excellent English communication skills.

✅ Resilient: You understand that "no" is not a rejection, but a step closer to "yes."✅ Familiarity with CRM software.

✅ Autonomous: You are self-motivated and require minimal supervision to achieve your goals.

✅ Experience with the US market is a plus.

✅ Competitive: You have a proven need to win and be the best.

✅ Must be available to work US business hours (Night Shift EST).
